Common People
On my way back from Soho, the crowd around me reminded me of Pulp:
"...and dance and drink and screw, because there's nothing else to do..."

Sing along with the common people, sing along and it might just get you through, laugh along with the common people, laugh along even though they're laughing at you, and the stupid things that you do
In the song they laugh at rich kids trying to behave like common people. Now, I have done many stupid things, but I was never a rich kid, so it cannot apply to me.

Exactly, behaving like the common people, as the greek girl in the song, is really laughable ;)
It is laughable depending on your point of view each time. I bet that even you - the one to judge - have behaved like common people sometimes..

Nice try though.
You don't need to get defensive or agitated, we are just having a discussion.
So, getting back to your initial argument you were laughing at rich kids in Soho trying to behave like common people ))
You wish I was agitated... ;)
it seems you didn't get it though, I did not laugh at anyone, I was reflecting on the way some people spend their free time and why...
Btw. you seem to have lots of free time yourself, but I don't, so I am done with that post.
